In order to impress a millionaire art lover and potential client, Benjamin, a young penniless sculptor, borrows furniture and works of art from his absent neighbor. When an electrical problem plunges the building into total darkness, everything starts to go wrong. Between the future father-in-law who thinks Benjamin isn't good enough for his daughter, surprise guests, the neighbor's unexpected return, and desperate attempts to put the furniture back in its place before the lights come back on and the millionaire arrives, nothing will go as planned!

In this unpretentious comedy, the audience won't miss a moment of the action, but for our poor characters, as the expression goes, “Just by looking, you can see that in the dark, you can't see a thing!”
