Plume Latraverse, an outsider poet and iconic figure of Quebec folk music, transcends conventions with his unique writing style.

An atypical character, sometimes tender, sometimes brutal, he offers a lucid and piercing view of society through a masterful blend of caustic humor.

While many of his songs depict the world of taverns and neighborhood life, others reveal the artist’s full depth, revealing a solid cultural foundation rooted in a classical education.
