Calamine is a queer, feminist rapper, beatmaker, and DJ based in Montreal. Her socially conscious lyrics address social justice, feminism, queer identity, and political and social issues such as sustainable mobility, housing, and degrowth. On stage, she is accompanied by her DJ and co-producer Kèthe Magané and saxophonist Valérie Lachance-Guillemette.
