After a pilgrimage to Alaska with the album SITKA, Andréanne A. Malette returns with a new tour, a show rooted in the present moment that invites us to reach for happiness. In place of the north and the great cold, it is now light that is at the centre of her inspiration, the light that comes in through the large windows of her house in the forest, as much as the light that comes through the dense foliage of a Central American jungle. Since the last few years have allowed her to rekindle her flame, and since one candle that lights another never loses its intensity, Andréanne wishes to offer the public the inspiring tale of a thirty-something passionate about human beings, their flaws, their strengths, and everything in between. Always accompanied by her musicians, whom she calls her family, Andréanne directs this gentle pause in time during which the music comes not through the ears, but through the heart.

It was under her own label that she released her self-titled album in November 2017. This second album earned her three nominations at the 2018 ADISQ, in the female performer of the year, song of the year for Fou and folk album categories.

Reviews of Sitka (3rd album): "Her folk pop is liberating, uplifting and intelligent. She deals with serious themes such as domestic violence, grief and depression, but you don't realise it because the music is so beautiful and the melodies so well crafted. She's something of a great artist. Évelyne Charest - Ici Première (January 24, 2021) "Listening to this third album, Andréanne A. Malette unravels her hair to let it fly in the wind and takes us on a journey through salvific pop-folk songs that give us the feeling of taking the plunge into the cold of our fears." Jocelyn Legault ARP médias (January 28, 2021) "Don't be fooled by the delicate first notes, which might suggest fragility or doubt, of the first single from Andréanne A. Malette's new album. Alaska exudes the assurance, the quiet strength of a mature artist. Folk-pop of the highest order. Cédric Bélanger - Journal de Montréal (January 31, 2021)
