In the area of culture, the City's activities are mainly implemented by the Service des arts, de la culture et des lettres (SACL), with the support of other municipal departments.
The department employs around 65 full-time staff and 200 casual and flexitime staff, in particular to cover the needs of the library network.
Mission of the Arts, Culture and Literature Department
