Guided tours of the 2024 Cultural Trail

The Centre d'Art Contemporain de l'Outaouais (CACO), in partnership with Ville de Gatineau, is delighted to invite the general public to discover the works on the Cultural Trail, from June 1 to September 14 from 10:00 - 12:00

The July 6 tour will be postponed to July 7, exceptionally for our Recycl'art launch on July 6.

Cultural Trail Guided Tours (2 hours)

Explore the region's history and culture on our guided Cultural Trail tours. Join us at Tourisme Outaouais for an immersive and enriching experience. Discover fascinating anecdotes and iconic sites with our passionate guides. Whether you're a long-time resident or a curious visitor, these tours will give you a unique look at the trail.

Tour details

When are the tours?

Guided tours will take place every Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon, from June 1 to September 14, 2024. Please note that the July 6 tour has been postponed to July 7, exceptionally for the launch of the Recylcl'art event on July 6.

Where to find us

Meet at the Maison du Tourisme (103 rue Laurier, Gatineau, J8X 3V8) starting at 10:00 a.m. for a 2 km tour along the Cultural Trail.

What's on the trail?

Our guides will interpret works of art by local artists and answer participants' questions.

Duration: 2 hours

Schedule: Departure at 10:00 a.m. (in case of rain, please allow for a delay)

In case of bad weather

Rain: to be determined by the guide

Guides will wear a Cultural Trail T-shirt for easy identification. At the end of the tour, please fill in the survey available via a QR code to share your experience.
