Mort Rose is a rock band founded in 2016 in Montreal by Alexandre Archambault, Christophe Charest-Latif, Julien Comptour, and Mark Cool. They quickly made a name for themselves on the Montreal underground scene with their critically acclaimed debut album Nés pour aimer. The band has also opened for artists such as Hubert Lenoir, Les Trois Accords, and even Weezer.
Longtime fans of psychedelic rock, the band emulates the sounds of the late 1960s in an honest, personal, and modern way, offering music with a timeless aesthetic.
Vanille is the project of singer-songwriter Rachel Leblanc, founded in 2017. The project released its first French-language album, Soleil '96, in 2021. This direct and energetic alternative rock album has allowed Rachel to carve out a place for herself in the Quebec music scene. Produced by Emmanuel Ethier, this first release has been a critical success.
Oscillating between 60s-inspired folk and French chanson, the artist's shift plunges the listener into a dreamlike world bordered by dense forests and romantic dramas.
