Spectacle de Billie du Page - Place Notre-Dame
Billie du Page’s pop music is a true ode to the freedom to be yourself, without inhibition.
Thanks to her powerful voice, her innate sense of catchy melodies, and the sincerity of her lyrics, Billie du Page has made a name for herself on the Quebec pop scene, as evidenced by her Félix Award for Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the ADISQ gala. From the very start, the 21-year-old singer-songwriter made a big splash. Her single “Fake Friends” quickly climbed to No. 1 on the Quebec radio charts and into the Canadian Top 10. She has released two EPs, *Billie du Page* and *Not Your Princess*, as well as several singles, including “Et si,” which was played on more than 90 radio stations across the province.
The French-Canadian artist delivers sparkling pop that’s at once free-spirited, uninhibited, and unapologetically authentic. Whether singing in French or English, Billie knows how to tug at the heartstrings with her melancholic ballads just as much as she knows how to get people dancing with her catchy choruses. She transforms heartbreak into pop anthems that inspire you to rise up with pride. After winning over audiences as the opening act for Cœur de pirate, Grand Corps Malade, Aliocha Schneider, and Fredz, Billie has graced the stages of major summer festivals, from the FEQ to the International Hot Air Balloon Festival, including the Francos de Montréal. She is now embarking on her first headlining tour, which will take her to Place Notre-Dame, among other venues.
