Attendence mode Face-to-face event

Inside a sphere inspired by a balloon, six artists celebrate the spirit of play and collective movement. Between leaps, catches, and contortions throughout this unique structure, their acrobatics embody trust, camaraderie, and the joy of playing together. At a time when the art of playing with lightheartedness and imagination is fading, *Au jeu* invites us to rediscover play as a breath of fresh air, a space of freedom where anything becomes possible again.

Vague de Cirque is a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 and based in Val-David, in the Laurentians. It builds on the artistic legacy of Alain Boudreau and Noémie Gervais, two internationally acclaimed circus artists who have toured the world for over 15 years with their hand-to-hand act.

Vague de Cirque’s mission is to create and produce contemporary circus performances that are accessible and affordable for all audiences, with the aim of making the circus arts available to as many people as possible. Since its founding, the company has presented more than 2,000 performances of its eight original productions, both in Canada and internationally, notably in Europe, the United States, Oceania, and Mexico.
