Men of the Pickaxe, a powerful storytelling show celebrating its 20th anniversary! Born from authentic tales of the Abitibi region, it has captivated audiences around the world and has been performed over 100 times for audiences in Russia, Armenia, Congo, Cuba, France, Switzerland, and Canada. At the heart of the story: a mysterious golden vial dated May 20, 1952, the Great Zaphat, and the voices of the miners he saved the day the swamp engulfed the mine. A vibrant journey into the memories of the miners, brought to life by the vivid storytelling of Renée Robitaille. A story for all ages, ages 12 and up.
