In his magnificent insomniac ramblings, Pierre imagines himself on stage as a radio host recounting his own life, while his audience sits in the room, right in front of him... Through his evocations, Pierre revisits his childhood memories and his eventful career, brilliantly embodying key figures in Quebec culture.

This is his farewell to the solo stage. Co-written with Pierre-Michel Tremblay, Pour une dernière voix offers a journey from the 1960s to the present day, featuring François Legault, Michel Tremblay, Luc Plamondon, Robert Charlebois, and many others. A tender and humorous show, where Pierre Verville's personal journey is intertwined with our collective history. He is accompanied on stage by musician Nadine Turbide.

Present on the cultural scene for over 40 years—he started out on Lundis des ha ha! in 1983—the comedian and actor has a wealth of experience to draw on for the creation of this latest show.

Pierre Verville was one of the stars of the radio show À la semaine prochaine, which recently bowed out after 17 seasons on Radio-Canada. He also plays Marc Duchesne in the series Ravages, broadcast on Illico, and was warmly acclaimed this summer at Véronique Claveau's gala at the Just for Laughs Quebec City festival.
