    An immersive exhibition by Innu artist Sonia Robertson

    Mishtamishk 2 – Giant Beaver Revisited features a large beaver pelt onto which images of the Ottawa River—captured on-site by the artist—are projected. The installation, which also features a winding river of fabric accompanied by soundtracks, references, among other things, the ancient Innu waterways, trading posts, and the historical importance of the beaver in the development of the region.
