Michel Rivard
During the two (symbolic) weeks of the magnificent magnolia blossom that lights up his bedroom window, “the man who looks like me” (74) questions his life, before and after death, confronting his doubts and certainties.
Between a medical appointment and choosing an urn from a catalog, between a first love and a walk in the woods with his seven-year-old grandson, “the man who looks like me” monologues, poeticizes and sings about his search for the “greater-than-self”.
