Mat Carrière, a local artist, will take the stage on September 4 with his modern country sound and infectious energy to get the crowd moving from the very first songs! 🔥
Mat Carrière, a 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Gatineau, is a self-taught artist who has been passionate about music since childhood. A guitarist, pianist, and singer, he writes heartfelt songs inspired by his own experiences.
Influenced by modern country music, particularly Bailey Zimmerman, he has developed an authentic musical style where stories and emotions take center stage.
Over the years, Mat has gained extensive stage experience, from “Secondaire en spectacle” and “Cégep en spectacle” to festivals and restaurant-bars. He also competed on *La Voix Junior*, where he made it all the way to the blind auditions, and today he continues on his journey, seeking to share his music with an ever-growing audience.
