Discover the fascinating world of beneficial insects and learn how to create a welcoming haven for them in your garden!

During this hands-on workshop, participants will explore the essential role of insects in our ecosystems and discover the different categories of insects found in gardens, whether they are pollinators, decomposers or natural predators of pests.

Together, we will:

🏨 Discover the elements that make up an effective insect hotel and the materials used in it.

🌿 Fill a pre-assembled insect hotel structure using natural materials suited to the needs of different species. Each participant will contribute to creating a functional habitat that can be installed in a garden or outdoor space.

🎨 Customize and decorate the hotel (optional).

🔍 Learn best practices for installation, upkeep and seasonal maintenance.

🪱 Discover vermicomposting through a demonstration and presentation of a real vermicomposter.

Whether you are a gardener, nature lover or simply curious to learn more about local biodiversity, this workshop will allow you to acquire concrete knowledge while contributing to the protection of beneficial insects and pollinators.

No experience required. Everyone is welcome!

Participants will leave with their own completed insect hotel, ready to be installed at home.
