    Jenny McMaster: Simple binding


    Inspired by the Outaouais Codex, create your own contribution to the library: a travel journal, a scrapbook, a place to collect your favorite poems by local artists. Leave it in the book exchange box, or keep it for yourself.


    Participants will learn simple bookbinding using stitches, acid-free glues and beautiful handmade papers. They'll be encouraged to work with color combinations and embellish their covers with collage and embroidery. Pre-sized and perforated paper and covers will be available for younger participants.
