Vision Centre-Ville de Gatineau (VCV) is a group of merchants, business people and professionals founded in 1997. VCV and its members work collectively towards the economic and commercial development of Gatineau's downtown area through various initiatives to enhance, promote and animate the area, by building partnerships with a wide range of local players. VCV is Ville de Gatineau's main contact for downtown revitalization issues.
