Les Mozus

Les Mozus is a band made up of five music-lovers! Martin Lacasse writes the lyrics, composes the music and displays all his colors on microphone and guitar. He is fortunate to be able to count on his two original accomplices: Mario Lacasse, an experienced drummer with a passion for music of all styles; and Christian Héroux, a valiant bassist and faithful companion from the very beginning. The initial trio was enriched by the promising encounter of two talented and versatile musicians: pianist/keyboardist Dwayne Hodgson and violinist Jules Sisk.

Together, they create original, fun, catchy songs inspired by the funny facts of everyday life, infused with various influences (blues, jazz, rockabilly, reggae, neo-trad and even country), and always in French! They may have aged a little since their debut in the wonderful world of music, but that doesn't stop this group of “Mozus” from keeping their hearts young, having fun on stage and entertaining audiences with dynamic, energizing performances.
