Portrait of Canadian artist duo Cozic, formed by Monic Brassard (1944) and Yvon Cozic (1942). United in life and in their creative work, the couple works with brightly colored industrial materials to create ecological and playful works. From the wild, hippie-inspired 1960s to major public art commissions, their work reflects the evolution of our relationship with nature and the industrial world. Today, from their stunning estate in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle in the Eastern Townships, the duo is preparing for a major retrospective at the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec. A dive into the fantastic world of these unclassifiable artists.
