L'amour selon Venne: Catherine Sénart sings Stéphane Venne

Yes, love still exists, and Catherine Sénart sings it with the words of Stéphane Venne, tackling monumental songs - a real challenge few artists have taken up to date. The result is a magnificent show, the perfect antidote to prevailing cynicism.

A key figure in Quebecois song, Stéphane Venne has marked several generations by writing powerful songs that have stood the test of time. Le tour de la terre and Tu trouveras la paix (Renée Claude), Et c'est pas fini (Emmanuelle), Il était une fois des gens heureux (Nicole Martin) are just a few of the gems carried by Catherine Sénart's warm, enveloping voice.

"What I've always been asked to do, and what I love doing, are songs that work. But then someone, Catherine, said to me today: Stéphane, I want to sing your songs because they're beautiful. It made me feel funny. I wish you the same. I wish you the same. Stéphane Venne / Happy author
