Avec le rire de ma grand-mère is a feminist documentary by Véronique Bachand that tackles the question of intergenerational transmission with aplomb and mischief. Her story is punctuated by extracts from touching and funny moments spent with her grandmother, and carried by the music of Hugo Blouin's double bass, inspired by the melodies found in their exchanges.
A 65-minute, non-intermission performance of storytelling poetry, presented as part of the RAPAIL tour.
